The Pancake Farm
has been a staple in the Ephrata community for a number of years and will continue to be once again! The restaurant has taken on a major transformation with beautiful blues in the freshly painted dining area, as well as a complete kitchen overhaul! We will begin to serve your favorite breakfast staples such as pancakes and eggs or cream chipped beef over toast, along with many of your other favorites. With new ownership, management, and staff be prepared to experience breakfast like you never have before. Lunch will also be served with all new sandwiches and soups to enjoy! You won't want to miss out! Hours will be 5:30am until 3:00pm daily seven days a week. Please join us by enjoying the delightful food as well as admiring once again THE PANCAKE FARM!

Jen and Javier met while working together as a Chef and Waitress. They're passion for serving others in the restaurant industry grew as they worked to bring THE PANCAKE FARM
back into the community.
